No monthly fee to us

You pay for the build. Everything it runs on stays in your name.

One-time build price

The price on each product covers design, build, testing and a plain-English handover. Anything beyond the scope becomes a second product or support hours, agreed before we start.

Running costs, at cost

Hosting, automation platforms and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, with no markup. We estimate them up front. A simple workflow often runs about $10 a month or less.

Support when you need it

Changes, new features and fixes when a connected tool changes are $150/hr, or a 10-hour block for $1,250.

Why do I have to pay for the intro session?
Because you get real work out of it, not a sales pitch. We look at how your data and reporting work today and hand you a written roadmap you can use whether or not you hire us. It's $250, credited toward any project booked within 60 days.
What if I only want the roadmap?
That's fine. The roadmap is yours to keep. Build it in-house, hand it to another vendor, or come back when the timing is right.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Almost always. We connect to what your team already uses (spreadsheets, accounting software, CRMs, online stores and reporting tools) instead of asking you to switch.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. Everything we build, including the code, the data and the accounts it runs on, belongs to your business. There's no platform lock-in: if we ever part ways, it keeps running and you keep all of it.
Is my data secure? Do you use it to train AI?
Your data stays in your own accounts wherever possible, and our access is limited to what the work needs. We use business-grade AI services that don't train on your data, and we walk you through exactly where your data goes before we build anything.
How long does a typical project take?
Most products take 1–3 weeks; an AI knowledge assistant takes 3–4. Larger custom work is built in phases, so you see something working early instead of waiting for one big launch.
How does pricing work?
Our most common builds have fixed, one-time prices, listed on the packages page. Changes after launch are $150/hr or a 10-hour block for $1,250. Bigger custom work is quoted from your roadmap.

Do I need technical staff to use what you build?
No. We build things your existing team can use day to day and write plain-English instructions. If something needs attention later, support hours cover it.
Do you work with businesses outside Pittsburgh?
Yes. We're based in Pittsburgh and work with businesses across the U.S. Everything works remotely over video calls and shared screens.
